SPDNS Nurse Care CIC Children and Young People’s Team provides care for children and young people, and support to parents and siblings in the form of respite care and support in times of crisis.

The team also support disabled young people at their place of education so that they can achieve their educational goals.

The team work closely with Little Havens Children’s Hospice, Paediatric Community Nurses and Children’s Social Workers to plan and deliver support and care at the right time and in the right place.
